  2. Survey 25 community leaders to create a base of requirements.  Done.
  3. Create  a demostration prototype.  Note that the interface to social media is disabled until we go live.  Done.
  4. Ask for reviews of the prototype.  In Process.

  6. Seek out those of you who are willing to assist as advisors, writers, and for the many things I have not thought of.  In Process.
  7. Review and improve the story submittal process.  In Process.

  9. Create reports showing activity, likes, dislikes, comments, and something to measure the effect of this effort.  Action Pending.
  10. Go live.  we will go live when we have 40 stories from 8 or more groups, and the social media interface will put our stories in the feeds of 1000 persons.  Current target is the end of March.  Action Pending
