PCA Update on Northern California Ballet

Major Milestone: We have crossed the threshold of 50% of our audience is from outside the ridge community. Total attendance exceeded 2,500 at Nutcracker last December. Due to limited seating we turned away an estimated 500.
Next Production: Cinderella on May 17 and 18, 2024. We will be bringing in guest artists from Ireland, England, and Oregon.
New Collaboration Program Series: We have started working on a major collaboration between the Paradise Symphony, the Paradise Art Center, the Paradise Arts Alliance, and Northern California Ballet. We call the collaboration Pictures in Paradise. It is an exciting first for Paradise. In fact, to the best of our knowledge, it is a collaboration never attempted anywhere in the world. It is,
somewhat, modeled after a New York City Ballet production called Pictures at an Exhibition. This first program in a potential series will be performed to Saint Sans’ “Carnival of Animals.” More

New Shop Construction: After 45 years we finally have a permanent set construction and storage solution. We are building a facility out of cargo containers. It is an economical and expandable solution.
