Mission
- To preserve the environment of the Ridge Communities of Butte County, California.
- To be a world class example of grass roots action to mitigate climate change
Vision
To create a thriving, resilient ecosystem in the Ridge Communities, where sustainable practices like biochar production reduce wildfire risks, enhance soil health, and serve as a model for local climate action, inspiring communities worldwide to adopt grassroots solutions for environmental preservation and climate change mitigation.
Objectives
- Minimize wildfire risk.
- Improve the health of natural and cultivated vegetation by directly enhancing soil health.
- Reduce the impacts of climate change on local communities.[
